Third Party Risk

NEEIS was formed by insurance underwriters with a combined 35 years of experience underwriting Errors & Omissions Liability coverage for Films and Television. Prior to the advent of the Internet, only businesses directly involved in Broadcast or Print (i.e. Films and Television) would routinely worry about these risks.

We were witness to the early years when Internet related activities would foster claims against film and television production companies. It was during these early years when NEEIS learned, along with their insureds, that traditional Commercial General Liability (CGL) policies and Business Owner Policies (BOPs) did not cover loss due to Internet related activities.

Extra Expense Risk

NEEIS was formed by insurance industry veterans who have developed their own technology over the last 10 years. The principals behind NEEIS are either Insurance Underwriters or IT professionals. Our IT expertise with Internet related technology goes back to the very early years of Unix and TCP/IP starting in 1987.
